Now, as an executive partner at Equium Partners, Haley brings that same consultative, results-driven approach to helping companies optimize their tech stacks—ensuring every investment fuels measurable business impact. Before her time at LinkedIn, Haley led a large wind energy firm operating across the U.S. and Canada, overseeing the installation of more than 160 projects, and served on the board of the Distributed Wind Energy Association in Washington, D.C. Her career in Talent Acquisition began in the early 2000s as a leader at Careerbuilder, laying the foundation for her deep expertise in workforce strategy. Haley lives with her family in Morrison, Colorado, where she makes the most of mountain life—whether it’s skiing in the winter, hiking in the summer, or just soaking up the view with a good cup of coffee.
