Founders

Haley is a seasoned client advocate with 25+ years of experience helping enterprises unlock the full value of their technology investments—grounded in a deep foundation in Talent Acquisition and Talent Strategy that began in the early 2000s. Her career has been defined by building trusted partnerships, advising leaders through workforce transformation, and aligning talent and technology to drive measurable business outcomes.

Most recently, Haley spent more than a decade at LinkedIn, where she partnered with some of the world’s largest organizations to drive strategic outcomes through talent and technology. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her consultative, results-driven approach and her ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions.

Now, as a Partner at Equium Partners, Haley takes great pride in the partnerships she builds with clients—helping them achieve their tech stack goals and ensuring every investment fuels measurable impact.

Before her time at LinkedIn, Haley held leadership roles spanning both enterprise talent strategy and operational execution, including leading a large wind energy firm operating across the U.S. and Canada, overseeing the installation of more than 160 projects, and serving on the board of the Distributed Wind Energy Association in Washington, D.C. She began her Talent Acquisition career as a leader at CareerBuilder, laying the foundation for her deep expertise in workforce strategy.

Haley lives in Morrison, Colorado, with her husband, Victor and their son, Fitz (an honorary Equium team member). They love to make the most of mountain life, whether it’s skiing in the winter, hiking in the summer, or soaking up the view with a good cup of coffee.

Ari brings more than 26+ years of experience in sales and business development, including 13+ years at LinkedIn, where he held strategic account and leadership roles driving revenue growth across the Talent Solutions & Sales Solutions businesses. That tenure gave him a rare, insider's view of how enterprise organizations buy, implement, and get value from their TA and HR technology insight he now brings to clients as a Partner at Equium.

Known for his analytical mindset and collaborative leadership style, Ari has a proven track record of helping enterprise clients navigate complex buying decisions and optimize the performance of their tech and talent ecosystems. He's especially passionate about helping organizations move past point solutions thinking to build a connected, high-performing tech stack, one that works harder for the investment they're already making. 

Ari lives in Chappaqua, NY with his wife, two kids, and their dog. When he's not working, you'll likely find him on the golf course or out on the platform tennis courts.

Steff helps enterprise organizations adopt new technology, transform the way they work, and build high-performing teams. She is driven by a simple belief: organizations succeed when they hire and develop exceptional talent and empower them through people-first leadership. Building on that belief, she's especially passionate about exploring how AI can augment uniquely human capabilities, enabling individuals and teams to do their best work in this new era.

Steff began her career as a technical recruiter before transitioning into talent acquisition consulting. During her 12 years at LinkedIn, she advanced from customer education to global customer success leadership, partnering with organizations of all sizes and industries on talent strategies.

Today, her expertise spans AI adoption, change management and enablement, value realization, and team development, with deep experience across enterprise SaaS and the HR technology space. She brings a curious, partner-first approach to every engagement, taking time to understand each organization's goals, existing technology ecosystem and workflows, and desired talent outcomes so they can achieve results that matter.

Steff holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.

Based in Chicagoland, she stays at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape by testing new technologies and leading a monthly AI Innovation Meetup with tech industry peers. Outside of work, you can find her keeping up with her energetic toddler and caring for her rescue animals.

Rachael Wall has more than 15 years of experience building trusted partnerships with enterprise organizations. Throughout her career, she has helped executive leaders evaluate technology investments, solve business challenges, and develop talent strategies that drive long-term results.

Before joining Equium Partners, Rachael spent seven years at LinkedIn, where she advised enterprise healthcare clients on Talent Acquisition strategy, employer branding, talent intelligence, and workforce transformation. She was consistently recognized as one of LinkedIn's top-performing Enterprise Account Directors, known for building trusted executive relationships and delivering strong business results.

Throughout her career, Rachael has partnered with Fortune 500 companies and many of the nation's leading healthcare organizations, advising executive leaders on strategic talent and technology decisions.

At Equium, Rachael brings together her experience in Talent Acquisition, HR technology, and enterprise consulting to help clients navigate an increasingly complex vendor landscape. She enjoys simplifying difficult decisions, connecting organizations with the right solutions, and helping organizations make confident, informed decisions.

Rachael lives in Scotts Valley, California, where she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring health optimization and longevity.

Rachael Wall

Kim Bayma brings over 20 years of experience helping organizations transform the way they attract, develop, and manage talent. Her career has spanned consulting at Willis Towers Watson and Aon, leading Customer Success at LinkedIn, including within its Strategic Customer Success team, and most recently serving as a global Customer Success leader at an AI-native startup.

Across every role, Kim has been drawn to the same core challenge: partnering with complex, global organizations to drive measurable change. Her specialties include talent strategy, talent analytics, ROI and value realization, organizational effectiveness, AI transformation, enablement, and change management, with deep expertise across the technology, professional services, insurance, and healthcare industries.

Kim holds a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University, where she also serves as adjunct faculty, and is co-leading the development of the program's Leading AI-Powered Organizational Change certificate.

When she's not helping clients make smarter talent decisions, you can find her gardening, on a Pilates mat, exploring new restaurants, or keeping up with her young son near the shores of Lake Michigan just north of Chicago.
